Ingredient Spotlight: Cupuaçu

Some ingredients feel like little treasures, and cupuaçu is one of them. This rich, premium plant butter comes from the heart of the Amazon and is cherished for its remarkable ability to draw in and retain moisture. For delicate baby skin, that means lasting softness, comfort, and a beautifully nourished feel.

Cupuaçu is rarely found in baby skincare, mostly because it’s a high-quality, high-performing ingredient that comes at a premium. But for us, its benefits are too special to overlook (and it happens to be a personal favourite of our founder in her own skincare routine). It helps support the skin’s natural moisture barrier and soothes dryness with a gentle touch, making it especially meaningful for babies with sensitive or easily irritated skin.

You’ll find this ingredient woven into two of our essentials. In our Baby Cream, cupuaçu blends with moringa and murumuru butters to create a rich, hydrating texture perfect for daily care. In our Baby Balm, it joins shea butter and squalene to comfort dry patches and areas that need just a little extra protection.

For us, choosing cupuaçu was simple. A premium ingredient for the sweetest, softest skin. Exactly what little ones deserve.
