Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

At My Petite Coco, orders over $85 ship free across all provinces.

For orders under $85, we offer the following flat rate shipping:

Ontario, Québec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia: $8

Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador: $12

For Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories, shipping rates are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout.

To ensure your order is delivered safely and without delays, we do not ship to PO boxes.

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number for your convenience. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday.

We use the best available shipping method for all orders, and each shipment will include tracking. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Canada.

Please note, applicable taxes will be charged on all Canadian orders and are the responsibility of the purchaser. These taxes are not included in the shipping fees.

We do not offer shipping to the USA or internationally, but we hope to offer this option soon!

 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At My Petite Coco, your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident in the quality and integrity of our products, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, please contact us at hello@mypetitecoco.ca, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Please note the following:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

  • Exchanges may be considered for defective items at our discretion, within 15 days of purchase.

  • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For items purchased through a stockist, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the retailer, according to their return policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from our stockists.

All sales are final.
